No real warm welcome upon arrival!!! Wi-fi connection was poor, making it difficult to stay connected. Reception often unmanned, leading to confusion over bike rental arrangements!!!

my stay was enhanced by the fantastic breakfast options and the excellent location, with a lovely stroll to gorey harbour easily in reach and the gorgeous queen's valley reservoir just a short walk away.

the stay at this hotel was almost pleasant, except the breakfast coffee tasted, well, off. and don't even get me started on the ghostly reception, sometimes no one was around. I expected a welcome gift or at least an upgrade for enduring this, but I guess special treatment isn't in their playbook. disappointing, really.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. A two-minute walk to the bus station makes it easy to explore. The shower in my room was fantastic. water pressure and temperature exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly during my four-night stay. Nearby, there are lovely dining options as well, enhancing the experience.
The decor in some common areas looked slightly dated.

stayed here for 3 nights and it was spotlessly clean. the room was super comfy, and the staff were really friendly and helpful, especially michael. loved the breakfast, good choice of stuff like full english and fresh fruit. it was just a short walk to the beach and some nice restaurants, so location was great!
only issue was that it got kinda noisy at night with the door slamming and my room was a bit tiny for the price.
